Practice Area & Professional Experience
Ms. Wu is licensed to practice law in the State of California and in the State of New York. She has also been admitted into practices in federal district courts including the Federal District Court for the District of Central California.

As the founding member and principal attorney of L.A. FAMILY LAW CENTER, Ms. Wu’s practice mainly focuses on reproductive and fertility law including gestational surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, and establishment of parental rights. During years of professional practices, Ms. Wu and her office have successfully handled hundreds of surrogacy cases and assisted intended parents to obtain and assert parental rights over their children.

Prior to specializing in family law, Ms. Wu was an associate at a California-based law firms where she regularly appeared before both federal and state courts for litigation matters. Realizing that the fertility and family law client can be better served by a bilingual attorney with diverse cultural background, Ms. Wu started her own practice with scrupulous attention to detail and relentless pursuit of excellence for her clients.
Education
Before commencing her law practice, Ms. Wu earned her U.S. law degree in the USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles, California.
Prior to attending U.S. law school, she graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Law Degree. Ms. Wu also passed the Judicial Examination in China, which has an average pass rate of 10%.

Professional Experience
Kirsty works as a paralegal for L.A. FAMILY LAW CENTER. With her previous roles as a law clerk at an international conglomerate and the Hong Kong Judiciary, Kirsty brings over five years of experience in business law and court administration to our team. She supports our attorneys and clients with her strong communication skills and professionalism.
Education
Her extensive credentials include a translation degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a paralegal certificate at Pasadena City College.
